The location was perfect – within walking distance of the old centre and with a view of the Neiße River and the Polish side of the river; the interior was clean, pure, and practical – nothing to note and more than enough for my needs, the only small remark is that the décor was somewhat dated.

The breakfast selection was good, the receptionist was very friendly and gave us solid restaurant recommendations in Görlitz, and all formalities were handled smoothly; it was a shame the hotel restaurant was closed, I remember a few years ago we dined in the beautiful garden and really enjoyed it.

A great hotel with good facilities and friendly staff, I’ll definitely come back; unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly.

Sehr gute Lage. Kühlschrank stand nicht angeschlossen im Zimmer. Im Bad ist beim Duschen der Spiegel komplett beschlagen, der Luftabzug hat nicht funktioniert

The breakfast menu changed every day, which was great. The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location was quiet, about a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The underground parking was well secured, brightly lit, and generously sized. Everything else was fine.
