The hotel’s location is great and the staff are wonderfully attentive and friendly. Everything else is fine, but I think the facilities could use some updating over time.

The staff were great. They let us check in early (for an extra fee, but it was a reasonable price). The view is phenomenal. The beds in the rooms were extremely old and uncomfortable; the springs were obvious. The shower drain was clogged. The restaurant prices were too high for the food quality (many items were semi‑pre‑made, and even the kebabs looked frozen). The pool is quite old, and even though it was cleaned every morning, it was still dirty by the afternoon.

The scenery is beautiful and the people are kind. The beds, however, are not up to par.

We were surprised to find the hotel on our way, and there aren’t many other options in the area. It still needs a bit of fine‑tuning, though the staff are good.
