The service was terrible; we asked to extend in the morning, only got a 30‑minute extension, and the phone kept dropping. Trying to extend via the app didn’t work because the Thai network was unusable—very confusing. This was the last time I’ll stay at this hotel.

​My recent stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, the worst and most disappointing experience I have ever had. The fundamental value of any hospitality business should be treating every single guest with equal respect and courtesy, but the behavior of the staff here fell drastically short of that standard. ​From the moment we arrived, we experienced clear and overt discrimination and biased treatment from the staff. While other guests were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service, we were treated with cold indifference and outright neglect. Whenever we asked a question or requested assistance, the staff responded with dismissive attitudes, showing a complete lack of interest or basic politeness. ​Paying the exact same room rate as everyone else, only to be treated differently based on appearance, background, or nationality, is completely unacceptable for any establishment claiming to offer professional hospitality. There was a total lack of professionalism, and the staff's biased and condescending behavior ruined our entire stay. ​No matter how nice the location or room might be, we will never return to this hotel, and we strongly advise other travelers to avoid it to prevent a frustrating and unpleasant experience

My stay was ruined by the staff’s dishonesty and fraud. During my visit, an employee took 1,000 Baht from me without giving a receipt or any proof of payment. I later discovered that this money was never recorded in the hotel’s system and was essentially stolen by the employee. It’s shocking that a hotel would allow staff to extort guests like thieves, revealing a severe lack of security, poor staff vetting, and no management oversight. I warn future travelers to stay away to avoid being cheated.

Paying the same room rate as everyone else but being treated differently because of appearance, background, or nationality is unacceptable for any professional establishment. The total lack of professionalism and the staff’s condescending attitude ruined our entire visit. No matter how nice the location or room might be, I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
