The hostel’s tranquility and the arrangement of beds and lockers were great. On the first night I felt ill and it was too late to find open pharmacies, so I asked the staff if they could give me any pill or tea, but they said they didn’t have any. I think they could improve on this to help guests in emergencies.

Only the location. I was not given the room I paid for; I paid for a bunk in a shared room with six women with a private bathroom and did not receive it on the first night. I had to complain to get a room change, and they have not sent me the invoice for the room.

The spot’s location, rooms, and hot shower water were solid, but the wifi was awful. Initially the staff wouldn’t let my friend—who can’t climb—switch to a bottom bed even after the bottom‑bed girl suggested it, and after that the receptionist tried to cancel our booking and wouldn’t let us sleep there at all; we had to beg because we had no other place, and she finally relented. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Nice facilities and a really central location. Comfortable beds and clean restrooms. Gym and movie room are great additions. Unfortunately there seems to be an ongoing issue with the booking system, you book one thing online and they give you something completely different when you check in. Happened multiple times to multiple people I was with. When confronted with the issue the hostel staff shrug and say there's nothing to do. The attitude in general of the lady at the front desk was passive and not even slightly inclined to help. Additionally they tried to make me pay for water I didn't take multiple times
