The service is very warm and friendly. I loved the room because it’s quiet and the lights can be turned off to create a night‑time feel even during the day. I appreciate having alternative spaces to the room for people who work during the stay. I would like, since I travel to Zacatecas often, for a way to connect HDMI monitors in the computer room—just monitors without having to configure their computers that have the CPU attached to the screen. Other than that, everything was great.
