“Good”
The staff were very helpful, friendly, and clean, and Rafello responded instantly to any questions or requests. The view was amazing. Getting around to activities was tough, taxis were scarce, and the buses were overcrowded. Breakfast was tasty, but for a longer stay it would have been nice to have more variety in eggs and meats; lunch and dinner repeated the same menu. There was a big pizza oven that we never used, and a lighter lunch option like pizza or panini would have been welcome.
