Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was a letdown from the start. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that the room was dirty, and to make matters worse, we were switched to a different room with only one bed, despite having requested two. To add insult to injury, there was no reception desk or staff to attend to our needs.

My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room smelled clean. However, we had to wait for the room to be cleaned, and there was no one available to check us in. The staff explained that they were short-staffed that day, which didn't make up for the inconvenience.
