I was glad to find the ice rink close by. The woman who handled everything was the same friendly, service‑oriented person as in my third stay, and I gave her a perfect 5 ⭐. On the flip side, the kitchen manager was awful—he shouted at me, the reception team leader, in a rude and threatening way, loud and aggressive, and several other guests noticed. I was not happy with staff like that. The only thing asked the night before was why the food was delayed.

The breakfast was included and the staff were warm. The bar closes early, so if someone arrives and wants a drink, they can’t.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The place smelled like sewer pipes, the staff didn’t know how to issue an invoice, the hotel is old but for the price it’s okay.

Eftersom jag fick inte någon parkering och ingen hjälp mig. Jag fick inte sova på hotellet eftersom jag har betalat för ingenting. Jag åkte hem och jag var väldigt besviken på personalen. Som sagt jag fick ingen parkering så de tog mina pengar utan jag har sovit på hotellet 🥸
