“Trevligt hotell nära Mariatorgets T-Bana. Kommer boka hotellet fler gånger, tack vare god service!”

Breakfast was fine, offering a nice selection of spreads, cereals, fruit, and drinks to choose from; the staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided professional service. Cleaning was missed and sloppy, with dust and crumbs on the floor under the bed; room 10 was a bit drafty from the window because of strong wind outside, but otherwise a nice small room; the hotel was informed and fixed the issue promptly. Earlier hotel experiences and human error can happen, but there was only one bathroom/toilet on the floor, shared in the middle of the corridor.

You could take a file from the fridge any time of day, the hygiene products were good, the beds comfortable, and the room temperature pleasant.

The hotel was amazing; everything about the place was loved.

The room was nice, clean, and welcoming; service was good, allowing us to leave luggage after check‑out, and check‑in/out was easy with hotel access. It was centrally located and close to many places, but you have to be lucky to get a room that isn’t facing the street; Hornsgatan is a paved road with many exits, noisy and musical.
