The hotel was close to shops, close to the airport, the rooms were clean and roomy, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel made a good base for our trips out of Queenstown into the mountains, and parking was great because the hotel sits on the corner of a long shopping/industrial estate just 7 km from Queenstown itself, with the airport right around the corner. However, the place was advertised as a luxury hotel but turned out to be more like a convenient 3/4‑star; it was much smaller and tighter than the photos suggested. Despite a big initial investment, upkeep had slipped—there was a large stain on our door, the soap dispenser was broken, and the shower head leaked from the side. The Alexa in the room was obsolete, only able to act as an alarm clock and nothing else.
