The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was immaculately clean, just a short walk from Tokyo Station. That said, the rooms are very small; two adults with two suitcases felt very cramped.

The location is great, and the room is clean and comfortable.

The service was courteous, the location is excellent—only a 5‑minute walk from Tokyo Station—and the cleanliness is good. The mattresses were very hard; we asked the staff for blankets to soften the bed, but they didn’t make much difference. There’s no storage space for clothes, which we knew beforehand but still makes a longer stay difficult.
