The rooms are big, and honestly, I didn’t find anything I didn’t like—everything was great.

The WiFi was good, but there were roaches in my room.

I was charged through the booking site even though I never stayed, and neither the site nor the hotel refunded me. They billed me for a full night that I didn't occupy; the app kept freezing and double‑booking the same room. When I explained the price discrepancy, the staff refused to match it and insisted I reserve again through the app to resolve the issue. I ended up sleeping in my car that night because of the app troubles, only to find I was charged an hour after I had already left the area and couldn't return due to needing gas money.

The pool was shut for all three days, and the noise from the floor above kept us up all night while the housekeeping staff kept knocking on our door far too early.

The location was great, but there was a strange smell and noisy parts of the building.
