The staff were kind, the rooms were clean and spacious, the restaurant was excellent, and the spa and pool area were great. However, the restaurant lacked air conditioning and was poorly ventilated, so it was unbearably hot. Even in the rooms, when I kept the windows open, the street noise below was very annoying.

The structure, the spa, and the dining were good, but the Turkish baths were too light.

The food and wine were fantastic, the pool, pool garden, and pool bar were fantastic, the staff were very friendly, the service was very good, the room was very spacious, and the location is breathtaking—Deutschnofen is surrounded by the Latemar and Rosegarden mountains (Dolomites). Nothing negative.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a lovely family vibe, good food, classes included, and a lovely pool. We stayed in a separate apartment down the street; the mattresses were quite uncomfortable and the apartment didn’t have Wi‑Fi—adding those would make it ideal.
