The lodge itself was charming and the staff were fantastic. The food was excellent and there were plenty of thoughtful extras. We couldn’t sleep well because the twin beds in the family suite were noisy; fixing that would need new bed frames, which probably has been sorted now, but it was a hassle. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

The accommodations were lovely—quaint and well equipped. The staff were excellent and the breakfast superb. The location was very convenient for both town and mountain visits.

Arriving at Good Medicine Lodge felt like coming home: welcoming, charming, cozy, comfortable, and truly yours. We wanted a spot for a group of friends visiting Glacier National Park and chose this lodge after seeing the photos and reviews for five couples. It turned out to be a gem that surpassed our expectations. Owner Derek has created a homey atmosphere at his bed‑and‑breakfast, backed by a customer‑focused, helpful, warm team: Shayla, and the two Megans who made the most delightful breakfasts, cookies, and desserts and tried to meet every request. If you want a place that feels like home, Good Medicine Lodge is the spot to stay in Whitefish near Glacier National Park. The only minor gripe: I’d replace the small rug in the bathroom with one that has a non‑sliding backing.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was gorgeous, but what really made it outstanding was the staff—everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions and provide support. A special shout‑out to Shayla, who went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed and was always very responsive. Also, the breakfast was amazing—the best I’ve had in Montana!
