I don’t understand why they offer such an unclean room for online bookings—my last two stays at their own hotel were clean and neat. What kind of treatment is this for online bookings?

There was nothing positive to mention. The staff behaved very unprofessionally, the room was filthy, and the price was far too high for such dirty, stinky rooms. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes for the staff to tell me that I was actually booked at the location across the street, so I had to carry my heavy luggage for about a mile. Room service delivered my coffee without a receipt, agreed to refund the balance, and then never returned. The bathroom was not hygienic.

The receptionist was very kind, and the doorman was super friendly, simple, and warm. The only negative was that there was no natural light, and there were rats around the room making a super cute but annoying noise.
