The room was clean, but the surroundings are unbearable – I can’t recommend it. It’s so dirty.

The décor is nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the welcome was great with easy communication for all our needs.
“The apartment itself is nice, though noise insulation isn't very good. Not far from train station.”
The room was nice and tidy, and the bathroom was excellent. It’s only about a 10‑minute walk from the train station, which is a major perk. There’s a grocery store right at the entrance and a pharmacy across the street. I didn’t really like the surroundings of the apartment – but that’s a city issue, not the property. Some parts of the city are very dirty and in bad shape. It takes 40‑50 minutes on foot to reach the city center, but the metro is faster. It’s not a huge problem, but you’d have to walk through some grimy streets. You can hear people in other rooms quite clearly, which could be annoying if someone decides to sing in the shower early in the morning – we heard someone do that unfortunately.

The location is problematic: the neighborhood is to avoid with homeless people and prostitutes on the sidewalk at night, a filthy area full of trash. The bathroom handle is broken, the coffee machine is unusable, and the kettle is outside the room.
The room was clean, but the surroundings are unbearable – I can’t recommend it. It’s so dirty.
