“Paid for nothing. Stranded in another country after being scammed by booking.com about an accommodation which didn’t giv”

After paying in full, we arrived and found no rooms; we’d driven 16 hours from Namibia to South Africa just to be stranded abroad with no accommodation. It was a waste, poor management, and we had to book elsewhere with no refund. Worst experience.

“Shit”

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The management was uncooperative and dishonest, making false claims about the availability of rooms. When I booked a room, they told me they were fully booked, but it turned out to be a lie. The hotel itself was dirty, old, and noisy, making it a terrible place to stay. I was shocked by the poor conditions and would advise others to avoid it.

“To get”

While the hotel's location near shops and its secure environment were definite positives, there were several issues that detracted from my stay. The room lacked basic amenities like coffee, tea, sugar, and water, and the bar fridge was missing. Additionally, there were not enough towels, and the carpet was slightly dirty. Despite these problems, the hotel had a certain charm to it, but it fell short in many areas.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, I found the place to be pleasant and the bed was quite comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the service - the towels weren't changed for two days and we had to make do with just one. Additionally, the breakfast was a letdown, served at 12 with bread wrapped in plastic, and there was no drinking water or glasses available.
