Honestly, the room was good and clean except for a few little things. The door stayed slightly ajar, the carpet had staples that poked me while walking on it, and I didn’t like the location.

The place is relatively close to the airport. A 4 km walk from the airport to the accommodation on a warm summer night wasn’t too tiring. I didn’t have to pay the outrageous 40 € that rude taxi drivers demand for ANY trip from the airport to Fumichino, excluding the meter. The room is simple, suitable for one or two nights. A bottle of water and a coffee machine were handy. Nearby, there’s a decent car rental, Green Motion, and cafés. Just a tip: a 6–8 cm foam mattress topper would make any bed outstanding.

The host was very helpful and straightforward, no issues at all. The shower had good pressure, the air‑conditioning worked, and the breakfast treats were delicious.

The breakfast for two consisted of just five small biscuits, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly.
