Nice place. The bathroom sink was dirty and looked backed up; nobody had cleaned it.
“Convenient Location Marred by Room Issues”
I appreciated the hotel's prime location, which made it easy to get around, and my room was comfortable. However, I had some issues with my stay - the room lacked privacy, as opening the curtains exposed me to the outside, and the cleaning schedule left much to be desired, with rooms only being cleaned every third day. This meant I had to take extra steps to keep my space tidy.
It was clean, quiet, and the staff were great.

The staff were friendly, and the shuttle driver back to the airport was engaging. Breakfast was pricey but tasted good; the hours could be extended. The website photos were very appealing, but when I arrived I was given a king room that I had paid extra for, which was on the ground floor, dark, and faced the parking lot—felt more like a trailer than a hotel, which was a huge let‑down compared to the pictures. I called the front desk immediately and asked for a change; they moved me to a third‑floor room with two queen beds, calling it an upgrade. That room overlooked the pool and was bright and airy, but it wasn’t really an upgrade from a king room. The mismatch between the site photos and the actual rooms was significant. Additionally, the hotel is far from downtown and Uber rides average $20 each way, adding a few hundred dollars to our stay. I was disappointed overall, but the staff’s kindness made the experience better.
