“I really enjoyed at stay at VIKI Hotel”
Breakfast is very nice, and the location is great for getting to the city; reception is always available, and big thanks to Tamerlan, who always helps and listens to what customers need, but the lift could be better – it’s very old.

I liked the location, it was clean and convenient, but check‑in starts at 15:00, our flight landed at 07:00 and we didn’t sleep for a full day; we asked in advance if we could check in earlier and were told “possible but only if everything is ready,” and the next day when we followed up we were ignored.
“Güzel rahat guvende hissettiriyor”
Ayhan bey in particular took great care of us, and the other kitchen staff were tidy and friendly; I’d gladly stay here again. The only thing that could improve is providing slippers for single-use rooms.
The receptionist was a nice guy and the elevator has a cool look, but I found a few bed bugs.
