“Nah zum Zentrum”
The location is very good, just a 9‑minute walk to the historic center. The glass door in the bathroom was annoying.

The room was comfortable and had everything needed. It was relatively close to the city center, in a quiet area with a supermarket nearby. Highly recommend!

Access is convenient with a PIN entry. The room is great, very comfortable, and also has a capsule coffee machine and kettle. On the ground floor there’s a common area with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and all the necessary utensils—perfect for breakfast. Carrefour Express is just 2 minutes away on the parallel street. Dampoort train station is about 12 minutes away with many train schedules, great for getting around. The neighborhood is very quiet and very close to the historic center, making it easy to explore Ghent. No complaints, everything was great.

The location is very close to the city center and there are nice cafés nearby. Two issues: the shower room has a bad smell coming from the air inlet on the roof, and I thought the price I paid for the city tax for one week was too high. If you want to pay during your stay, you will pay 24, but that is double 49 €; I asked the owner, but he didn’t respond.

The location was good. The bed was bad and the room was small.
