“自然に囲まれたリラックスできるホテル”
The room was spacious and the Japanese breakfast was good, but on a rainy day a covered passage to the hotel and the hot spring would have been ideal.

The place is well located and the beds are comfortable, but the hotel needs a refresh; there's a bad smell in the room, the meals are forced in the room and really not suitable for Europeans with poor taste, the room didn't match the photos, trash wasn't taken out, the balcony was lacking, and I was told there would be a mountain view but I only saw a ventilation shaft and the top of a building.

The location, extra space, beautiful surroundings, and food were great, but the step down on the toilet floor tiles is unsafe – I almost fell a few times – and a fully flat floor would be better.

The view from the room was awesome, the amenities were great, the room was very spacious and clean, and the onsen was very comforting, hot and relaxing with crystal‑clear water – it was a great stay.

The private onsen was nice after a tiring sightseeing day, the rooms were spacious and it was pleasant to stretch out, and the tea bar offered coffee, tea, and water all day, which were the only positives. However, you shouldn't visit without a car, especially with heavy luggage, because you have to haul your bags up a very steep hill and there's no shuttle service; a great view would have made it worthwhile, but the promised mountain view was blocked by a neighboring building. The balconies are not worth staying on, they are dirty, rundown, and lack seating. During our stay the rooms weren't cleaned, which could have been added for an extra fee but wasn't communicated. The half‑board was a disaster: the food was put in the fridge at lunch and you had to heat it yourself, so it wasn't fresh; it was edible but not tasty, and we ate the same food every day for three nights. On the second day we left most of it, and on the last night we went out to eat instead. In hindsight, we would have saved the money.
