The room and bathroom were renovated. I had to negotiate parking with the owner, even though the listing advertised parking (with a fine print note that it must be booked in advance). The surroundings and the building are in a ruined state.

I slept in a comfy room with a private bathroom, and the parking spot was right near the entrance – we found a free spot, which was great! Nothing else was off.

The location is perfect for the city, the room is clean, bright, and modern. It’s quiet and easy to reach with a code. The only downside was the missing toilet paper.

Ми не уточнили час заїзду ще додатково (хоча це ніхто і не просив), на букінгу було зазначено, що поселення з 14, коли приіхали (18.00), нічого не було готове, нам довелось чекати, щоб відкрили кімнату і поприбирали (зайняло це 50 хв(( в кімнаті немає чашок, лише чайник для загального користування, до помешкання дууууже крутий підйом!!! Розташування близько до жд (до 10 хв пішки) і до центру 15 хв. Немає селф чекіну, немає чашок (хоча би одноразовий посуд не завадив би), дуже крутий підйом до помешкання, немає де сушити речі в ванній

The room is spacious, clean, and bright. The balcony lets you see the city up to the sea. The recently renovated bathroom is fully equipped. The mini fridge is highly appreciated, and the dedicated parking is extremely useful. Even though the building is on the upper part of town, the station and historic center are reachable on foot in just 7‑10 minutes – a perfect setup for exploring the 5 Terre.
