The hotel is perfect if you need to be near the airport, nothing more. The food was delicious.

The only good thing was its proximity to the airport. I expected so much more. I’ve stayed at other Ibis locations and was better welcomed, like in São Paulo where I left very satisfied. Here the experience was disappointing. The worst part was the staff’s handling of an unexpected incident: my 1‑year‑old daughter pulled and broke the plastic cover of a light fixture. I reported it immediately, hoping to resolve it fairly. Instead, the hotel charged R$ 250 for a simple plastic cover, while similar ones were about R$ 50 online. Only after I mentioned the Consumer Protection Code did they offer to “split the loss” and charge R$ 100. I asked where that figure came from, and they provided no proof. Because I was late for my flight, I ended up paying, but the way they handled the situation was lamentable. I always intended to pay a fair price, not accept an unjust charge. The facilities also fell short: sheets without elastic that slipped off all night, and a very noisy air‑conditioner. I don’t recommend this unit and won’t return.

Breakfast was great, the location is fantastic, and they also had tasty beer. Nothing to complain about.
