The place was quiet; I stayed on the 5th floor and it was great. The gentleman at front desk—he mentioned he was a temporary GM—was very helpful and automatically extended my stay when I booked more days. Later he told me about it. The taped‑off areas around the building, where new concrete was poured a few days earlier, were very dry. On the front deck, the staff member who was supposed to be there was off helping someone fixing breakfast instead of checking guests in or out.

The hotel was close to my doctor’s office and to Walmart. The room wasn’t cleaned until I asked about it.

The room was comfortable and the location was good. The staff were very rude and difficult to get along with. Breakfast was poor, and the bedding had hair and stains on it.

The location was really close to my doctor. With the new owners, the pool shut down, rooms weren’t cleaned daily, towels were missing, and trash cans were empty. There was no proper outdoor seating area, and the marketplace overcharged—$5.00 for a 20oz soda.

“Just a great experience all around. I even stayed for an extra night.”

Breakfast was good—especially the cinnamon bagel, potatoes, corned beef hash, and coffee. Rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff amazing. The cook was funny and very accommodating, though I didn’t catch his name; he was great with customers. I’ll definitely stay again. The location was perfect with shopping everywhere. The only downside: paying $10 to park on the property—never heard of that before and hope they don’t keep it.
