I like the location; everything is within walking distance. The staff was good, and it was a great deal for 1100. It’s suitable for a one‑night stay. The room was too small, and there was constant noise from the market and the corridor, so it wasn’t peaceful at all.

The location was very good and easily accessible to all areas in Kolkata. The rooms were very small and noisy. During winter, the bathroom geyser couldn’t keep up with boiling water quickly. The blanket provided wasn’t enough to keep warm, and there was no lift, so you had to climb stairs to the second floor to reach your room, which was painful if you had a leg problem. In short, it wasn’t worth the money paid for the stay.

All facilities met expectations and were up to the mark. The location needs to be more precise; searching on Google Maps doesn’t show the name or the exact location of the guest house.

The staff, especially Mr. Prakash and the owner, were helpful and courteous, even checking in to see if I needed anything. I wish there had been a breakfast option, though.
