The check‑in went smoothly and the staff were friendly all the way through to departure; we got coffee in our room every day. The room furnishings feel a bit dated and clearly need a full overhaul, but the view was the best part of our stay and the ferry was right outside the door. The only downside was the shower glass—cleanliness could be better.
