Everything was fine, but we didn’t get the exact room we booked and the bathroom ventilation was very loud.

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, yet in my room the building’s mechanical system kept humming loudly during the day.

My aromatherapy massage was disappointing; the therapist didn’t use any oil, smelled unpleasant, had wet hair, and wrapped a towel around her neck because she was sweating. When we tried to use the sauna at 4 pm, another staff member barged in, told us we had to use a bedsheet as a mat, and acted very unfriendly even though we already had our own towels. On the morning we left at 4 am, we found the doors locked, rang the reception and only a night‑shift employee who was half‑asleep let us out.

The room was modern and had a balcony, but the mattress was quite soft.
