Penzion a restaurace U ŘEKY

A pleasant pension in a charming part of town; the breakfast was rich and tasty. The only complaint is that a single towel in the bathroom was a bit too small, the wet towels were not very dry, and room 10 was not ideal.

We stayed for 6 nights. The kitchen is really great – we ate there several times, the food and breakfast were excellent, and the restaurant staff were very kind. What surprised us was that on Sunday, when the restaurant is open until 18:00, we could not order coffee at 17:00 because the coffee machine was being cleaned. The biggest disappointment was the accommodation, specifically room 8 in the non‑renovated section. It did not match the photos we chose from, had minimal storage space and very poor sound insulation – everything from the hallway could be heard. Additionally, our request for a matrimonial bed, entered through Booking, was not fulfilled. We praise the restaurant, but room 8 was a big let‑down for us.

Good location and a very rich breakfast. The only issue was the arrival to the restaurant.

Breakfast was good, served on a Swedish buffet; it was sufficient and I think everyone can find something they like. Everything else was fine, nothing that surprised us.

Great location, excellent breakfasts, a superb restaurant right on the ground floor, and the pension was clean. The only drawback was the very slow Wi‑Fi.
