The hotel was in excellent condition, all facilities were very clean and well maintained, even though the bedroom was small it was very tidy. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was a real relief in this hot city. Ronnie, the manager, and the lady who answered me on WhatsApp, Yolanda and Jorge, were incredibly kind and helpful, which I appreciated because the heat was killing me and I always felt supported. I had confidence that if something was needed they would be there to help. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you don’t mind climbing stairs, because that’s the only issue. I didn’t stay there again because of the distance and the huge number of stairs to reach your room. It’s a hotel for young people, definitely not close to the beach or the tourist area. Finding it was also difficult because the signage isn’t very noticeable, which is a general city issue, but I still recommend it if you can handle the stairs. I applaud all the staff; they deserve a 10/10 for service. The only problem was the difficulty finding it, because the signage was unclear, the entrance sign was narrow and barely visible between the plants and the distance isn’t that large, but on the hot day in August when I went, the amount of stairs was a huge effort for me personally.

Coco is an excellent host, pets are more than welcome, the rooms are cool, and the facilities are very friendly with a nice view.

“Excellent spot to land: Easy. Clean. Safe. Scenic.”

I stayed in a clean, tidy room and Ronnie was a fantastic host. The shared balconies were excellent, surrounded by beautiful flowering trees with views of the surrounding mountains. However, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work inside my second‑floor room, and the hotel entrance could have been better marked from both the street and the staircase leading to it.

The hotel’s location is perfect, just a 4‑5 minute walk from the main street and 12 minutes from the beach, in a quiet neighbourhood. My room was comfortable, equipped with a fridge and functional air‑conditioning. The pool was very pleasant and the view was lovely, with tables available for use. The only drawback was that the curtains were not opaque at all, so light from the string lights at night and the early morning sun (three windows in the room) made it difficult to sleep. Also, the rooster’s crow can be loud; bring earplugs if you’re sensitive 😝.
