The location was good, but the booking process was a nightmare: when I tried to pay in the app, I received a message that the payment hadn't gone through and was asked to try again. After doing so, I discovered that I had accidentally booked two rooms as a solo traveler! Neither Booking nor the hotel responded to my complaint; they seemed indifferent. The hotel itself had a few positives: spacious rooms. The bathroom was very dirty, with hair from previous guests everywhere, a bald person had apparently used the sink, and everything was brown and spotted. The sink was probably never cleaned properly. The staff were friendly but ineffective. I asked them to clean the bathroom before I left, but when I returned it was still dirty. The walls were spotted, there was mold in the corners, and the air conditioner was never cleaned—yuck.

The room was clean, the facilities were excellent, and the price was cheap.
