I liked the cleanliness and comfort, but when I tried to cancel a single room reservation, the response was very harsh and I had to pay; meanwhile a family at reception was offered the very room I was trying to cancel.

It’s the last hotel before heading to Juárez, so the location works if you want to leave early; the breakfast was the worst part—only one waffle machine, it was always full and bland, the Wi‑Fi was slow and unusable for streaming, and there was no cable TV so I couldn’t watch sports or news.
