Nothing really. Full of bugs, roaches, spiders, geckos. Only provided 1 blanket but there were 3 beds, no pressure in the shower, went out fishing early morning left my family sleeping came back the gate was closed and had to park outside, no one was on site even when checking out and we just left. Worst hotel I’ve been to in Oman and probably my whole life

A quiet spot far from city noise, close to the sea and Wadi. Spotlessly clean, with air conditioning that works well and can be adjusted. If you like to cook, the communal outdoor kitchen has everything you need. When we arrived, a bottle of water was handed to us and we were told we could prepare breakfast from the ingredients the staff had supplied. The staff were very friendly, and Visa/MasterCard payments are accepted. I definitely recommend it.

Great location for reaching Wadi Shab or Wadi Tiwi, as well as several nice beaches, though a car is almost necessary. Rooms are decent and clean. A big plus is the ability to prepare breakfast or other meals yourself, with items available in the kitchen (eggs, butter, water, tea, coffee, toast bread). It has a hostel vibe, but very pleasant. The guys in service are very kind. The only real drawback is the very hard, uncomfortable bed – the main bed is okay.
