The staff were nice, but the room felt unclean and very dated; the carpet was filthy and the shower needed a complete overhaul.

The room was spacious and cozy, and the breakfast was decent. The elevator was broken and stuck on the 4th floor, with no effort to relocate us to a lower floor. An 80‑year‑old friend who had some mobility issues was told to wait for tough cookies but was eventually transferred to another hotel. The bathroom looked rough around the edges; the shower curtain was loose, the sink stopper didn’t work, and overall the place felt sloppy with bad caulking and a worn‑out door—definitely a poor first impression.
