The hosts were very friendly, and the location is close to the hiking trails, the lagoon bath, and the town centre. I highly recommend it for a relaxed, cozy stay in Willingen. The party scene in Willingen on weekends isn’t my thing, but the accommodation doesn’t let you feel it either.

The Landhaus Behle was perfect for us! We had an event at the Sauerland Stern Hotel, just a 5‑minute walk away. The town with its many restaurants and cafés is only 7–8 minutes on foot. A large parking lot was available, so we could leave our car there. We stayed in an apartment, meaning a spacious bedroom plus a separate living room with a comfy couch for TV, a large armchair for relaxing, and a dining nook. The fully equipped kitchen had everything needed for cooking (we didn’t use it, but it’s great for longer stays). The apartment was super clean, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with fresh rolls. What we loved most were the caring hosts! The Landhaus is fully owner‑run, and both owners radiate warmth, making you feel right at home. Everything was perfect for us.

We, a couple of adults and a 12‑year‑old child, stayed for ten days at the Landhaus Apartment Lagune. The house was very quiet, with no bowling alleys or similar distractions, and well maintained. The host couple was super friendly and always up for a laugh. They offered breakfast or a roll service. The location was excellent – everything in Willingen was within walking distance, and the ice rink and swimming pool were just a five‑minute walk away. Towels, bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and good Wi‑Fi were all provided in the apartment. A refrigerator stocked with drinks for purchase was available in the hallway. The décor was simple yet very tidy and cozy, and we felt very comfortable and plan to return next year.
