The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was very clean. The restaurant is quite pricey for the meals offered. Prices are listed in dollars, which can be a surprise, but the staff remain very pleasant.

The scenery was unbelievable, offering a breathtaking view, and the spa was excellent. I have nothing to complain about; the breakfast cost 780 000 IDR, which I thought was too pricey so I skipped it, though it might have been wonderful.

I loved the rooms and the shared areas, but the hotel was too far from any eateries, so we ate there constantly; the food was decent, though a wider selection would have been nice.

The balcony view was breathtaking and magical, and the Wild Ginger Restaurant serves great food, but the room lighting feels too dim, the floor creaks, the amenities could be better, and some outlets don't work.

The location, service, food, views, spa, and relaxation spots are all top‑class; the wagyu steak at the restaurant is world‑class, breakfasts are tasty, staff are very friendly, helpful, engaged, and smiling—truly the highest level of service; time here is enjoyable, the vistas look like postcards, and the room is very clean and regularly tidied; however, spa and restaurant prices are quite high, though the quality justifies it.
