The large windows in both my room and the shared areas offered stunning views, and the furnishings were aesthetically pleasing; the staff were extremely helpful, especially since we didn't speak Chinese, offering assistance via WeChat or in person and arranging our transport back to Chengdu. I couldn't find any negatives.

The staff were very attentive, and when we brought our own peach, they kindly cut it for us.

The meals were nice and the room quality excellent, with great service. However, there is a risk of altitude sickness; I'm glad the hotel provides an oxygen machine.
