The hotel sits close to Lüneburger Heide, making it great for hiking, and it’s also near the motorway, so it’s a convenient stop on the way north. The host is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served is good. Nothing else to complain about!

Check‑in was hassle‑free. The apartment was comfortable, and the two‑bedroom unit was really spacious. We enjoyed being able to buy wine or beer straight from the fridge. Sitting outside was pleasant, and the place was very dog‑friendly. The breakfast was sensational—one of the best I've had. It’s a great base for hiking; we trekked 20 km on Saturday and 7 km on Sunday. Nothing to add.
