The pension is right in the middle of nature, and it’s only a few kilometres to Scharbeutz. The owner is really sweet and the staff are very nice. The first‑time arrival can be confusing because the entrance isn’t signposted. In my room I missed a television. The bathroom lacks a hair dryer and shower gel.

The location is unique, and the house has an incredibly atmospheric vibe with a lot of personal history, thanks to Mr. Marlie sen, who punishes biological lies with both body and mind… it’s amazing what’s possible at 87! The young Marlie family also stands out with their empathy, inner‑gifted friendliness, humor, and a glow of happiness.

The atmosphere was great, and I felt like Rapunzel in the “Tower Room”; everything felt cozy and family‑like. The only downside was that there was no TV in the room, though I hadn’t really expected one.
