It offers great value for money, a friendly manager, simple but good breakfast, and a nice area to stay. I also met fellow travelers by having free breakfast. The closest metro is a 15‑minute walk, but plenty of coffee shops or gimbap spots are along the way.

The place was very clean, there was a toothbrush available, and the check‑in and check‑out could be done without staff present.

A lot of mosquitoes were the only real drawback, and that happened only in our bedroom; otherwise everything was great considering the quality and the price we paid.

The price is good and the owner is very friendly, but the lack of an elevator makes it a bit inconvenient to bring the suitcase upstairs.

We stayed five days in a room that suited us; it isn’t the most central spot but we appreciated the authentic local vibe, the staff were kind, and they even helped us ship an important package from Europe while we were traveling in China—very helpful! Cleanliness was good, though the curtain didn’t close tightly, letting in some light.
