My room was spotless, and I had a wonderful stay.
The room was incredibly cool, featuring a fireplace and whirlpool for two, and it was tastefully designed and exceptionally clean.
The staff was very hospitable, making it one of the best places I've stayed in.

“Extremely comfortable and the staff was very personable!”
The spot was right by the lake and shops, all within walking distance, though some amenities felt a bit old and didn't function properly.

The place was spotless, and the location was spot on—everything about Port Washington that we loved was within walking distance, which made the whole trip awesome. The room was charming and clean, and we really appreciated the lounge room and the thoughtful breakfast; we’d love to come back.

I loved the coziness of the room. I didn’t have breakfast, but there were several options to choose from, plus hot teas, coffees, & hot chocolate. And the lounge was a cool addition. I did make note how they conveniently left a little extras throughout each floor in case anybody needed an extra soap or toilet paper, etc. Also, having real coffee mugs for the coffee was a nice added touch. The Moonlight Tavern was serving up the best food & service. 100% would stay again!. I honestly was disappointed in the coffee pods. I think an upgrade in the quality of coffee would be nice, considering the nightly rate of the hotel & how nice the rooms are and the amenities that were already in place. that wouldn’t be an area I would try and cut cost
