The owner is very attentive, friendly, and replies to messages promptly. We stayed in the off‑season and breakfast was served at the table; I’m not sure how it’s handled in peak season. Since I’m not a fan of buffets, it was perfect for me. The location on the main street isn’t ideal, but it was quieter at night than expected. The parking spot is right next to the house and large enough. The bathroom is a good size and looks newly renovated. The bed is a bit softer than I’d like, but it’s impossible to please every guest. The place is ideal for travelers with dogs; dogs are explicitly welcome and you can walk them just down the street. It’s also perfectly located if you want to visit the Ferrari Museum, which is a cat’s‑jump away. We almost couldn’t find the property in the dark and stopped to consult the GPS, which happened to be directly opposite. Luckily the owner had already been expecting us and waved.

The room and bathroom were very clean, parking was available, breakfast was abundant with gluten‑free options on request, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient for the Ferrari Museum in Maranello.
