Rooms were excellently furnished and clean, great wellness facilities, and superb breakfast.

The room was top‑class, but you have to be naked for the spa… swimsuits are banned, so I didn’t enjoy it and couldn’t use the spa. At breakfast several dishes were empty and the beverage machine was broken.

A wonderful place, 20 minutes from Słowacki Raj. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wellness area was spacious and included in the stay price. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, and many shops and restaurants are nearby.

The location was very good, in the city centre, easy to find and reach. Parking is free, but you must activate the card received at check‑in when checking out. The wellness can only be used without swimwear.
