A very good lodging choice in the town of San Agustín, with nice and comfortable facilities. The breakfast was served very well, and it’s an excellent place to stay in the town. It offers a sauna service, which is very relaxing after visiting the archaeological sites. Everything I liked.

The location is convenient and the property is very beautiful. We stayed for three days, the only guests in the hotel, and on the evening of arrival the hot water didn’t work; we informed them the next morning but they told us to just wait longer for it to heat up, without checking or even after they did the cleaning. Eventually they fixed it on the day of departure after we called to have it inspected personally. For such an expensive place I expected higher attention.

From the terrace you can see San Agustín. It was very special being the only person in the hotel. The rooms face the courtyard and are relatively dark during the day. The black‑tiled bathroom had no storage space. At night a lamp from outside shone into the room because there was no proper blackout (curtain/blinds).

The hotel is located in the town, making everything very close. The staff are kind, always attentive and ready to help with any request. The hotel is quiet, no street noise, and the room is comfortable, basic but cozy. The included breakfast is American, basic but barely enough. The room was a bit small, the parking lot is small and only a few vehicles fit, one behind another, so you have to cooperate when pulling out so someone else can leave. However, these are minor things that don’t affect anything.
