The room was spacious with a nice view of the patio that had a forest vibe overlooking the mountain. It was very expensive, especially since there is no room service; they claim they want us to have privacy and therefore don't clean the room, which is unacceptable. I would like the option to choose that level of privacy like other places do. Also, there was no pool, something I didn’t realize when booking, and I would not have booked if I had known.

A beautiful quiet place to stay with very comfortable beds; we will definitely return.

The location was nice and quiet and the room was comfortable. There is a small “shareable” mini fridge for guests staying in the main property, but it would be nice to have one in the room. The staff seemed not very available at the front desk early in the morning or late in the evening, but it’s not a big deal. Overall a good experience and I would recommend it.

The location was fine. The weekend we were there it was extremely warm and there is no air conditioning at all; inside our room on the second floor it was 84° while outside it was 72°. It was extremely uncomfortable and one guest left to find a hotel room with air‑conditioning.

Our time at the lodge was fantastic; we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade that turned out to be very well equipped, and the spot was perfect—right by the lake and several eateries. I’d definitely recommend it.
