“Location is good. Spacious.”

The location is near Fiumicino Airport and the rooms are roomy. We only received a code to get into the building; the key for our room was left hanging on the closet door and we had to sort it out ourselves. Several items were in disrepair: the armrests on the chairs were broken, the interior door knob was falling apart, and the toilet bowl cover was broken. Only espresso‑size cups were available for coffee. The property sent a misleading message saying check‑out was at 11 AM, but the host insisted it was actually 10 AM.

“Casa grande e vicina all’aeroporto”

The house is huge, well kept, and practically next to the airport. There's plenty of parking and a restaurant right below the building. However, it’s not pet friendly.

The rooms were clean. It wasn’t obvious, but each room was sold separately. The accommodation felt more like a noisy pub than a private place, so keep that in mind.

“Do not stay here. Rude staff, shared bathroom - more like a youth hostel than a “hotel””

Close to airport, attached restaurant had lovely staff and food. DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff and communication were terrible. They refused to communicate in English until the point they wanted more money after booking was paid in full. Entry instructions were terrible and there was never a single human on site to help with issues getting in or being on property, and restaurant staff refused to help at all, even though they could see us struggling. Shared common bathroom amongst 3 king/queen rooms, like a hostel NOT the same standard as Airbnb or Booking and listing description clearly states PRIVATE BATHROOM which is lying to the customer. Wifi did not work until 10am the next morning when we were leaving despite us complaining upon check in and no reply from them at all. No other facilities except kettle and small fridge (again shared, and only instant coffee offered). Communications were rude and insulting by the property manager - who insulted me saying “perhaps you don’t know how to read,” and loads of exclamation marks which they asked in English after using only Italian up to that point when they wanted extra cash from us which we refused. Threatened to complain to Booking and Tourism Police after they asked us to leave additional cash behind in room which was not disclosed in the booking or by which is illegal according to Booking policies and per EU regulations on transparency. Staff came knocking on the door at 950am when the checkout was communicated to be 11am. One of the worst Booking or Airbnb I’ve ever experienced. A change in staff and communication (and transparency - not lies - on the booking description) could make a big difference
