The pool area was nice, but I booked a meeting room for a family event and never heard from anyone about the air conditioning malfunctioning that day; a courtesy call would have been expected, yet the room ended up free of charge.

Chris at the front desk greeted me warmly, setting a great tone from the start, and the breakfast bar was spot‑on and convenient with Lena being very pleasant and accommodating; the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, I’m not a pet person and disliked that dogs and cats were allowed on the property, which could trigger a severe respiratory attack for me.
