We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at HK Resort. The spot is ideal for visiting Seoraksan National Park – a 25‑minute walk to the entrance if you keep a steady pace, and the bus stop is just a minute away, though the local buses don’t always run on time. Our room was roomy, immaculately clean, and came with a kitchen. We started in a room with futons, but since we’re not used to them, we asked for a room with a regular bed; the staff were very kind and arranged it, so we slept soundly. If you’re not a futon fan, double‑check the room type before booking. A decent‑sized 7‑Eleven sits right opposite the hotel for groceries and snacks. Dining options right by the hotel are limited, so we preferred eating near the national park entrance where several restaurants are available. Overall, a very clean, comfortable, and convenient place for Seoraksan, and we would definitely recommend it.

The location is two stops from the national park entrance, the kitchen is part of the room, the hotel facilities are excellent, and there’s a PC available.

The spot is great for enjoying Seoraksan, and nearby restaurants and convenience stores made things easy. However, the mosquito net had small holes, and a few family members got bitten.
