Excellent location and service. It’s a shame there’s no lift, but the reception gave me a room on the 2nd floor because I had some very heavy cases. Plumbing could use some upgrading.

The place was very dirty, and the sanitation facilities were broken.

They never gave me the access code, so I couldn’t enter, and the next day they refused to refund me—total scam.

I was disappointed that the room we received was wrong and the issue wasn't fixed promptly; I had to book a second room that night but never got its access code, and the next day the staff refused to refund the extra room cost. On the bright side, the room was spacious and the fridge was adequate.
