The location was spot on, the indoor pool and heated jacuzzi were great, and the bed felt very comfortable while the shower was powerful. The breakfast had a good variety, but they didn’t offer regular oatmeal (unsweetened) at the counter, so I had to request it because I’m diabetic, and on the last day the staff claimed it was sold out. The building’s physical condition needs updating, and the hallway carpet looks very dirty.

I appreciated the staff and management; they were friendly, professional, and handled situations well. The bathroom, however, has little or no ventilation, making it dark, damp, and moist.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. However, the pillowcases were dirty, and about half of the rooms face the pool directly. Other guests were very loud while using the pool, and quiet hours were not enforced.
